What does RJ General Supply supply?
Two things: IT equipment (computers, laptops, workstations, printers, scanners, photocopiers, servers, storage, networking equipment and accessories such as monitors and UPS units) and security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm and intrusion detection, and integrated security).
Where is your office?
We are at Rwagasore Plaza Building, Rwagasore Street, Nyamagana, Mwanza, in the Mwanza Region of Tanzania.
Do you work with clients outside Mwanza?
Yes. We serve clients across Tanzania. Our clients include Arusha District Council, Mwanza City Council and Bukoba Municipal Council, as well as TECNO and Plan International.
Who are your typical clients?
Government institutions, private companies, non-governmental organizations and educational institutions.
Do you install security systems, or only supply them?
Both. Our security systems service covers supply, installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control, alarm and integrated security systems.
Can I watch my CCTV cameras remotely?
Yes. We provide CCTV systems with remote viewing on mobile and computer devices, plus continuous 24/7 surveillance and recording.
What access control options do you offer?
Biometric systems (fingerprint and facial recognition), card and PIN-based access, and time and attendance systems.
How quickly do you respond to requests?
We respond to client requests within 24 hours.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source genuine, high-quality products that match the specifications agreed with you.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes. Our relationship continues after delivery, with maintenance, answers to your questions and technical support when you need it.
